Corporate Interiors (via OSG)

 

AIG – New York, NY

As subcontractor to JRM, directed labor and scope for 250 office fronts spanning seven floors. Supervised a 22-person team, driving estimating accuracy, schedule adherence, and quality standards to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Fox News Headquarters – New York, NY
As subcontractor to Turner Construction, managed the labor for delivering 87 office fronts across two floors. Led a team of 15 installers, overseeing estimating, scheduling, and quality control. Project was completed on time and within budget.

 

Syneos – New York, NY
As subcontractor to AECOM Tishman, directed installation covering 550 seating stations, 27 offices, and 6 conference rooms over two floors. Managed a crew of 35 and coordinated with GC and vendors. Despite challenges, gained critical lessons in schedule and budget control on complex multi-floor fit-outs.

 

MLB Headquarters – New York, NY
As subcontractor to JRM, spearheaded installing 1,150 seating stations, 75 offices, and executive areas over five floors. Oversaw a crew of 35 installers and ensured all milestones were achieved on time and within budget.

 

Latham & Watkins – New York, NY
As subcontractor to JRM, managed installing 550 office fronts spanning 10.5 floors, including 1.5 miles of glass partitions. Directed a 25-person team, coordinating schedules and quality control, with the project delivered on time and within budget.

 

KDW – New York, NY
As subcontractor to JRM, oversaw a project involving three floors of office fronts, including specialty curved glass. Managed a team of 15, ensuring precise installation. Completed on time and within budget.

 

American Securities – New York, NY
As subcontractor to Structure Tone, delivered across four floors, including 160 office fronts. Led a team of 18 installers, maintaining schedule and budget discipline.

 

UAE Embassy – New York, NY
As subcontractor to Plaza Construction, managed a installing office fronts across five embassy floors. Directed a team of 14, ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget.

 

Bloomingdale’s HQ – New York, NY
As subcontractor to Structure Tone, delivered installing 800 open seating stations across 10 floors. Coordinated with GC and vendors while leading a 20-person crew. Project completed on time and within budget.

 

Luxury Retail & Commercial (via Bussola & Ralph)​

Yves Saint Laurent – Multiple U.S. Locations
Engaged directly by the client to manage high-end retail build-outs in Oahu, Nashville, San Francisco, Austin, Chicago (Waldorf and Fashion Outlets), and Bloomingdale’s outlet sites in New York and Boston. Oversaw estimating, sourcing local labor, delivery schedules, coordination with architects and engineers, and full installation through punch list completion. Projects required precise coordination to meet store opening deadlines while maintaining luxury brand standards.

 

Waldorf Flagship - Chicago, IL

This project aligned with the onset of COVID-19, which brought supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and permitting delays. Early bidding challenges added complexity, but resolving them strengthened my ability to vet subcontractor proposals, build contingency into budgets, and manage external risks under pressure.
 

Burberry – Multiple U.S. Locations
Managed store build-outs and fixture refreshes for Burberry at Woodbury Commons (full store build-out), as well as in New York, Philadelphia, Miami, Toronto, Tysons Corner, Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, and Nashville. Scope included estimating, vendor procurement, scheduling, and full project oversight. Coordinated rotating installation teams and subcontractors across diverse markets, ensuring consistent delivery of global luxury standards.

I tackled over 1,700 jobs in the NYC metropolitan area, ranging from simple TV hanging jobs to whole kitchen renovations, store buildouts, and the setup of startups' first office spaces. Each job that I won helped hone my approach to customer service, learn how to adapt and deliver high quality work to homeowners, facilities managers, and business owners.
